How can I transfer my contacts into the platform?
This is a very simple process and your Customer Success Manager will be able to help, but simply export your list from wherever it is currently stored into a CSV file and you’ll be able to easily import directly into our platform.
What are some of the ways your current members use the platform?
Our platform is extremely versatile, yet easy so there are numerous ways. Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. All membership levels are month-to-month. Of course, if you fall in love with how easy we make it to market your firm…we’ll happily commit to helping you succeed for as long as you’re with us.
What if I want to cancel my account later?
We make that easy too. You can simply cancel from within your account at any time. Your account will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle if you change your mind and want to come back.
Do I need to install anything on my computer or browser?
Nope! We have made our platform so easy that anybody can use it – regardless of tech savviness. If you can use the internet, using our system will be a piece of cake. And if you do need/want help, our Concierge Support team will be happy to assist you. You are in great hands.
Who owns my contacts and any custom content?
You own anything that you bring to the platform and when your list grows, you own that too. We don’t have permission to use that content or contact your users for any reason. Our platform is just a tool for YOU to deliver YOUR content!
